Everything will be possible on September 25th to 28th on WIAL Global Conference 2019, which main subject is: Building a Culture of Innovation and Collaboration through Action Learning – Solutions to current and future problems. WIAL Brazil, a non-profit organization dedicated to prepare leaders and coaches to cultural innovation on organizations, is heading the event. WIAL’s mission is to promote and develop Action Learning; a team based solving problem methodology that develops leadership and communication skills simultaneously, generating humanization and efficiency practice with impact on global scale. In addition to the integration of professionals working in this methodology in Brazil and all over the world, the Conference is an opportunity to expand this community by having people who realize the full potential of this approach to solving their group and organizational problems. The workshops, lectures and interactions that will take place at the Maksoud Plaza Hotel in São Paulo will promote a great meeting in which all those who work or are interested in the themes such as Innovation, Problem Solving, Organizational Development and Team Building can benefit by participating of this Conference. The event, day by day

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25th

This pre-conference activity will be led by Professor Michael Marquardt, the founder of WIAL. He will hold an Action Learning session and then the participants will have the opportunity to interact with him in a close conversation. Places are limited to 15 participants, so be aware of the availability of tickets. 

THURSDAY AND FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26th and 27th

These are the two days of the Conference, with international lectures with availability for 150 people. There will also be simultaneous lectures and workshops with collaboration and integration environments between participants and speakers through presentation of cases, exposure of the main results obtained with Action Learning, revealed by clients such as Shopping Center Iguatemi, Banco Votorantim, Libbs and others. SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 28th

This day will have a special workshops, led by the President of Global WIAL, Peter Cauwelier who will present the theme: Building Teams through Psychological Safety. As on the first day, this event, with simultaneous translation, has limited vacancies to 12.
