On April 3th, at 09:00am (EDT), Assespro-RJ together with WITSA - World Innovation, Technology and Services Alliance will promote the third webinar edition to address the impacts of artificial intelligence and their ideas on how governments and companies can benefit from this tool. ethical and responsible manner.
WITSA believes it is essential that there is a good practice guide to ensure the development and use of AI systems in a safe, reliable and transparent manner; but for this objective to be achieved, it is vital that the entire ecosystem collaborates in this construction - as stated in the report "Building Trust and Delivering on the Promise of Artificial Intelligence".

Sayash
Kapoor is a Ph.D. candidate at Princeton University's Center for
Information Technology Policy. He is currently co-authoring a book
titled AI Snake Oil with Arvind Narayanan, which provides a critical
analysis of AI capabilities, separating the hype from the true advances.
His research examines the societal impacts of artificial intelligence,
with a focus on reproducibility, transparency, and accountability in AI
systems. His work has been recognized with various awards, including a
best paper award at ACM FAccT, an impact recognition award at ACM CSCW,
and inclusion in TIME’s inaugural list of the 100 most influential
people in AI.
Anders Halvorsen - Vice President for Global Public Policy at the World Innovation, Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA)
Anders Halvorsen is currently working as Vice President for Global Public Policy at the World Innovation, Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA), a leading consortium of tech association members from over 80 countries/economies around the world (https://witsa.org/). Anders has worked at WITSA since January 1998, covering a wide range of issues, including helping develop the program for WITSA’s flagship event, the World Congress on Innovation and Technology (WCIT), managing the WITSA Global Innovation and Tech Excellence Awards (presented to select individuals, academic institutions, corporations, NGOs or governments whose use and applications of digital technologies exhibit exceptional achievement), as well as drafting substantive policy positions on a wide range of issues of concern to industry and engaging with member associations around the world as well as likeminded organizations and key stakeholders, including the WTO, UN, OECD, the World Bank, APEC, ITU, UNCTAD, ICANN, and IGF. Prior to working at WITSA, Anders worked as an executive officer at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (External Economic Affairs Department), the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) and European Commission DG XIII (Telecommunication, Information Technology, Industry & Innovation).
